Judging of the musical presenta- : tions will be done by Dr. Forest} Stoll of the Utah State University | music staff, according to Arch Stokes, coordinating chairman of the festival. Each band or orchestral presentation will be rated on the general quality of the performance. The program will include a variety of musical numbers from stirring marches to the works of noted composers, Mr. Stokes said. Each group will be given a 15 minute appearance and offer two selections. Chairman of the festival is Bruce! Erickson, music director of Ro y Junior High School. Other music} directors assisting are Fred Doctor! of South Junior High and Sterling) Morris... of... Wablquist.
