The diaries also include newspaper and magazine clippings, memorabilia and pins. |

Show SATURDAY, JULY 15, 1893 Hooper Springs. Mira and I get breakfast for the crowd. Landon and family start home. Jim and Bird go fishing but do not catch any thing. Mrs Cozzens goes to sleep and Mira and I talk of things past, present and future, with much pleasant. We get dinner and Smith Wooley dines with us. We go down to Soda in afternoon and get some provision etc. A large crowd camp at Spring to night. Jim and Birdie get a nice supper. Spend the evening very pleasantly around camp fire sing etc. until bedtime E.A.C. SUNDAY, JULY 16, 1893 Hooper Springs. A nice day. We do not get up very early. Jim & Bud get breakfast. We read and drink soda water in forenoon. Jim & Bird go to Soda on horseback and do not get back until nearly dark Mira and I talk with some people camped here and walk down to some Spring down the creek and go up on the hill to a grove of cedars. Come back to camp get supper and Emil Maisar and Miss Loveland spend evening with us around camp fire a pleasant time |
