During that time she documented her personal life and the medical practice of Edward, the community of Ogden and national events such as the outbreaks of WWI and WWII. The diaries also include newspaper and magazine clippings, memorabilia and pins. |

Show Cheney Wash TUESDAY, DEC. 26, 1893 Danced until 3.30 this morning and consequently did. not get up very early. Was called out five miles in the county to see Mr J. H. Herrons little girl. Had one office patient this afternoon. Went home and retired early. Just got to sleeping nicely when I was called up to go see John Evans. Got back in an hour and a half and had a good nights sleep. Cheney Wash WEDNESDAY, DEC. 27, 1893 A pleasant day I have had two office patients to-day and have done some collecting. This evening Mrs Pomeroy Mr & Mrs Martin and I went down to see the Installation of the officers of the Masonic Lodge. The exercises were nice after which we all retired to the Hotel Cheney where a nice Banquet was held. We got home at 11 30 pm. I received a letter from Mira this afternoon. No snow yet and weather is very pleasant for winter |
