Show Paris. TUESDAY, AUG. 8, 1893 Mira and I go to Montpelier this morning. She loses her glove going over and I find it coming back. Go to Kunzs ranch and see about getting some money for Ezra. Get back to Paris and hear that Ted Shepherd found a ring at the lake yesterday. I go down there and it is my ring. I am very glad to find it. Mother picks some peas. Bro Lyman returns from the Lake and we all sit out on the porch and talk and shell peas. A nice time Montpelier WEDNESDAY, AUG. 9, 1893 Spent the fore part of the day in Paris preparing to go to Star Valley with Bro Lyman, William and others. In the afternoon a telegram came calling Bro. Lyman to Salt Lake. I came over to Montpelier to tell the people that Bro. Lyman would not be here to preach this evening. I also came to see Mira I cut a horse open on the way over to ascertain the cause of death. Attended meeting in company with Mira. Uncle Ezra, William, and Bro Lee spoke. Have a very pleasant visit with Mira Stop at Cozzens |
