Show Obituary for Victor Manuel Rivera Sr. After a lengthy illness, Victor Manuel Rivera Sr, passed away peacefully Tuesday Oct 5, 2021 at his home in Roy Utah at the age of 63. Victor or as many know him by (Mr. Vic) was born August 18, 1958 to Enrique Rivera and Aida Algarin in Miami Florida. Victor was a tireless and hardworking man that dove headfirst into his passions and will not be forgotten. In God’s care, may you rest above. He was a member of True Vine Baptist Church of Kaysville, Utah Where he started a video and sound room for the services. He was a graduate of Miami Jackson High School. Victor served in the U.S Air force for 24 years as a logistics manager. After his military service he went on to work as a Material Manager for the F-16 DMT Radar on Hill Air Force base. He also graduated from college with a Bachelor of Science degree in 2008. Victor also opened his own photography business and named it Mr. Vic’s Digital Pic’s which was his passion. He deeply enjoyed taking photos of the sporting 4 activities at Roy High School. Victor was preceded in death by his mother Aida Algarin He is survived by his wife of 33 years Marie Antionette Rivera, Sons, Vincent Rivera, Victor Manuel Rivera Jr Hawaii, Daughters, Maria Antionette Bibandor (Van Jovi Bibandor) of Fort Riley Kansas, Michelle Nicole Rivera of South Carolina, Father, Enrique Rivera of Lakeland Florida, Brothers, Enrique Jr of Lakeland Florida, Jorge of Lakeland Florida, Jose of Orlando Florida, William of Pembroke Pines Florida as well as 3 grandkids and a host of nieces and nephews. The family is very grateful to the wonderful Envision Hospice team who were so kind and caring with Victor and family. Thank you and may God bless you for all you do. We would also like to thank to Premier Funeral Services for their kindness. Services will be held Wednesday October 13, 2021 at 6:00 pm at Premier Funeral Services 5335 south 1950 west Roy, Utah. |
