Show At Bishop O'Dowd, Tony played varsity basketball and was the six-man on the varsity golf team. As a player in the Peoples Pro-am Golf Tournaments, and with his previous experience, Tony decided to change paths and follow golf. Golf had become a passion, and he spent many hours working and training others. He subsequently became a golf instructor at Long Bow Golf Course in Mesa, Arizona. Tony's quiet spirit was an asset in his leadership roles as a golf instructor and later as a department manager at Lowes. As a manager there, he had no problem working alongside his team, motivating them to higher heights. He loved planning lunches where his buddy would barbeque for the entire staff. Tony could converse with anyone, regardless of their status, ethnicity, or age. He was known for always being polite. As a young man, the girls would comment how nice he was. Tony recently changed paths again, and after passing all interview levels, he was hired as a Financial Consultant for Fidelity Investments. He was in their intensive online training class. He noted that it was intense and stimulating, but he knew he would succeed because he loved the challenge. Tony was preceded in death by his father, Walter Nicholas Jr., paternal grandparents, Walter, and Dorothy Nicholas Sr., maternal grandparents RP and Gustine Williams, brother Aaron Nicholas and Nephew, Rontreal Warren. Tony leaves his daughter Madison Hind (Brandee). A loving mother: Jacqualyn Nicholas, one Aunt Janice Williams, sincere friends Staci Gaitin and Kevin Perkins, Goddaughter Sage, and a host of other relatives and friends to cherish his memories. Care entrusted to Lindquist’s Layton Mortuary, 1867 No. Fairfield Rd., Layton, Utah. |
