Show 30 Aquatics Program 35-40 hours of weekly programming • Programming includes lap swim, water aerobics, recreational swim and children group swim lessons. We also offer a variety of lifeguarding courses and other instructional classes. Fitness & Strength Training Areas Open 90+ hours weekly • Free weights and selectorized weight machine stations, stair steppers, upright and recumbent bicycles, elliptical trainers, and more. Exercise videos and spinners are also available. Intramural Sports • Numerous recreational opportunities involving team/indi vidual competitions includes basketball, soccer, softball, flag football, racquetball, tennis, golf, 5k races, etc. Club Sports 17 active clubs • The club sports program involves students, faculty & staff who compete with college and university teams on a local, state, regional or national level in a variety of sports. Active clubs include men's baseball, billiards, bowling, fencing, ice hockey (Dl, D2), women's lacrosse, martial arts, rodeo, rugby, ski, men's soccer, women's fastpitch softball, snowboarding, curling, wrestling, cycling and men's lacrosse. Wilderness Recreation Center and Experiential Learning • The WRC offers a variety of equipment rentals, outdoor skills workshops, seminars, and recreational trips. Rentals are affordable and convenient; snowboards, cross country skis, camping and backpacking gear, white water rafts or kayaks, canoes, mountain bikes and more. Each semester the WRC offers workshops including outdoor cooking, mountain bike repair, ski and snowboard tuning, backpacking and many others. More indepth instruction includes a 1-3 day class on rafting, climbing, snow shoeing, mountain biking or cross country skiing. Our experiential education include half-day or full-day sessions for groups to develop team building, trust, communication and leadership.
