Pharmaceutical Botany. A course in botany dealing with the structure and functions of plants in the major groups, with special emphasis placed on pharmaceutical application. Covering such functions as absorption, transpiration, synthesis of foods, respiration, digestion, and growth. Prerequisites: Botany 2, 3, 4 and Chemistry 3.
