Show first Founder's Day celebration was marvelous. Furthermore, our City Historian has compiled a nearly 500 page volume of our community history for generations to enjoy. Finally, thanks to a still unidentified resident, my plastic lawn duck gained local fame last year for her national travels, seeing Washington D.C., Las Vegas, and New Orleans during the last year. It will be interesting to see if she continues her extensive travels this year. Again, I thank each of you who have helped the city in any way. I sincerely feel that although there may be unforeseen issues in our future, I expect that we will all rise to the challenge and succeed, this will happen because of the work of dedicated people that were elected to the council and others serving on the important commissions and boards. My working relationship with them makes my job a pleasure. Best Wishes, Mayor Planning Commission Agenda Tuesday, January 16, 2001, at 7:00 p.m., agenda: 1. Call to Order/Pledge of Allegiance. 2.
