Show City Council Meeting Agenda Thursday, April 5, 2001, 6:00 p.m., agenda: 1. Call to Order. Approval of Minutes. Discussion/action on approval of new business licenses: a. Advantage Dry wall & Acoustics LLC - 1872 West 1350 South. b. Green and Company LLC - 812 West 17th Street for portable restrooms. c. Hunt Corporation - 777 West 12th Street for trapping equipment storage. 4. Discussion/action on issues related to Central Weber Sewer District. 5. Address issues on flag lots. 6. Discussion/action on possible closure of dirt road stemming from 2000 West to 1900 West near 12th Street. 7. Discussion/action on Use Agreement with West Haven Sewer to use public right-of-way and for consideration on 2800 West and 200 South for new pressurized sewer line. 8. Reports from officers. 9. Discussion/action on rezone petition by Frank Blair to rezone properties on 400 North/1200 West and 400 North/I-15. 4. Discussion/action on final approval for commercial site plan for KBC Leasing on 1200 West 1700 South. 5. Discussion on intent to file agricultural protection areas filed by: a. Merlin Meyerhoffer - 1260 West 400 North for 12 acres. b. Dennis Ilium - 949 North 1200 West for 6 acres. c. Grant Butler - 3377 W. Pioneer Road for 13 acres. 6. Council meetings are scheduled for the 1st and 3rd Thursday at 6:00 PM each month. The Planning Commission meets the 2nd and 4th Wednesday each month at 7:00 PM. Some meetings may be canceled. Anyone wishing to be on the agenda must contact the City Offices by Friday at 2:30 p.m. the week before the meeting.. Chinese Restaurant Opens. The new A-zhan Bistro Chinese Restaurant opened this month on 12th Street. Mayor Butler conducted a ribbon cutting ceremony for the grand opening of the business. We wish them the best success! ? Food Drive. Trapper Trails Council of the Boy Scouts of America is again sponsoring a food drive. Mayor Butler declared March 24th Scouting for Food Day. ? Conditional Use Permit. Planning Commission approved Conditional Use Permit 2001 -02 for permission to build only three lots, about six acres each lot, on 3490 Pioneer Road with flood plain building restrictions. ? West Haven Sewer Line. West Haven will be installing a high pressure sewer line along 2800 West to the sewer plant over the next several months.
