Show Tuesday, May 17 I attend Sanity hearing at court. Get car window fixed Read & Write letters Rains today Wednesday, May 18 There is plenty of fun in store for Mrs. Joseph W. Brewer and daughter, Sharlene, for they will leave May 18, for a months sojourn in the east. En route they plan to stop at Brookston, Ind., to visit Mr. and Mrs. Reid J. Shaw (Claire Eccles) and at Ann Arbor, Mich., Dr. and Mrs. Lynn Crookston, (Carol Russell). Then on to Canada, to Montreal, Quebec and down on the Atlantic coast to Boston, Mass., where they will visit the S. Dilworth Youngs, to New York to take in the bright lights, to Long Island, then to Washington, D. C. Also on the itinerary will be Oxford, O., where they will visit Mrs. Brewers brother in law and sister, Dr. and Mrs. Oscar Russell. and St. Louis, Mo. They expect to be away a month. From Berkeley Still stormy Rained last nite Letter from Myrene in Washington DC I have some lumbagos today. Mira tired and not feeling too well William R Holmes my cousin died in Salt Lake City after a long sickness age about 70. His only son was killed in World War ii and body brought home for burial six weeks ago. The death of his only son practically killed his father Sad |
