Show Marriott-Slaterville History December 2001 Glen McFarland, City Magistrate, received the December 2001 Volunteer Service Award for his excellent service in that capacity since the inception of the City. Bits and Pieces Congratulations and best wishes to Alta Pierce, bom on December 3, 1911. She celebrated her 90th birthday with an open house in her honor held on December 1, 2001. Arthur Wayne Storrer died early Christmas morning, December 25, 2001. He was well known in the community for his beautiful yard and his friendliness to all. Bryan Thiriot, long active in civic affairs locally, with his wife Kathy, and son Bracken, have moved from the city to Harrisville. |
