My Esteemed Friend There occurs to my mind a bit of humor with reference to your brother Morganwhich occurred at least half a centuary ago. A monthly Stake Priesthood meeting was in session in Paris, Idaho. The stake presidency at that time consisted of Pres. William Budge,James H. Hart and William L. Rich counselors. As there were a number of recently returned missionaries present Pres.Budge suggested he would like to have then outstanding incidents which they thought would be of interest. Morgan arose and said that he and Elder Prank. Snow, son of Pres. Lorenzo were companions in a southern states mission and had been there but a short time when a person came and told them a man was possessed with an evil spirit and he was asked to urge them to come at once to administer to the poor fellow for he was certainly in a dreadful conditio. There upon Morgan quoted Elder Prank Snow as saying, What are we waiting for? Lets go at once and cast the son of a bitch out. Then Morgan said, We went and you bet your life e we did it. All members of the Presidency smiled which gave all members of the audience the privilege of a hearty laugh. I was at said meeting and some time previous thereto had written a somewhat lenghty letter to the Paris Post of some of my experience in the So thern States.
