"Alter all, what's the use in living up to Junior and Senior standards before one's time?" The Freshmen sponsored Holden Caulfield for the class stomp. It was a "tremendous success - not only was the band great, but also the size of the crowd that came to see them." Then the council's biggest problem was deciding what to do with all that profit; part of the solution was donating $50 to the "Bucks for Books" and challenging the other classes to do the same.
