Harold Price ACT I March 25 and 26, in the Weber College Auditorium, a large crowd watched the adventures of Lord Loam's haughty party, shipwrecked on an island in the tropics. They saw Crichton, the butler, become the "Gov" and win the heart of milord's daughter, Lady Mary. They gasped when Lady Agatha was rejected by milord's nephew, Mr. Ernest Woolley, in favor of Tweeny, the "between" maid. They laughed when they saw the pompous Lord Loam, dressed in a sheepskin, dancing and singing "I'm a chickety- chickety-chick-chick-chick." They chuckled when they saw milord's three daughters, who at home had been exhausted by the strenuous task of choosing which frock to wear, bring in a fish and a fat buck for the Gov's dinner. They smiled when the girls vied for the privilege of waiting upon the Gov at the table. ACT II |
