Show DAVID BYBEE Vice President MARY WOOLLEY President RUTH BYBEE Secretary-Treasurer College WEBER'S THIRD YEAR as a normal college is completed, and with- out a doubt it has been one of the most successful years of Weber's history. Although the college class has not taken an active part in the public and effective speaking contests, it has made itself felt throughout the school in many other activities. We were ably represented in the school play by Miss Mary Woolley, our class president, who played the role of leading lady. No more need be said about it, as her acting spoke for itself. She has made a name for herself, class and school by her clever portrayal. Another member has been teaching a theology class almost all of the school year and has proved very efficient. We have changed custom and introduced a novel variety of sales. Custom said that "hot dogs" should be sold in winter and ice cream cones in the summer. The buyer found to his disappointment that the "hot dogs" were freezing to death, and that the ice cream was sold on a day when the thermometer registered twenty below, or else when the sun was shining so brightly that half the joy of eating it was gone in trying to keep up with its tendency to melt and run. Seriously, the college class has introduced a line of sales that has proved to be interesting as well as profitable. We have been working hard to complete successfully the college course and feel that we have derived much benefit by coming back to Weber. In spite of the many themes and dozens of books to write we have found time for several interesting parties of unique types and decorations, during which thoroughly good times were enjoyed. We wish to thank Professor Savage and all those who helped us during the past year. Also we extend our well wishes to Brother Beal that he may have a successful year at his studies hack east. With the long-hoped-for "gym" a reality, next year holds great prospects. May Weber College continue to grow and soon be the foremost church school in Utah are the wishes of the college class of 1919.
