A survey of the field of Animal Husbandry, emphasizing breeds and breed types, judging and selection of cattle, sheep and horses. Three quarter hours. Winter. D. Anderson 5. Irrigation and Drainage. A study of the principles and practices of irrigation and drainage emphasizing the relation of soils and crops to irrigation, measurement of water, duty of water, irrigation of common crops, methods of irrigation, design of farm ditches and essentials of farm drainage.
