Show Sigma was organized in 1938 by a group of men who wanted a fraternity in which they could think open-mindedly and by doing so benefit the college and themselves. This year, Sigma was looking forward to an affiliation with Sigma Alpha Epsilon. The men of Sigma feel brotherhood is their most important past and present heritage. They are proud of this heritage because of the many problems involved in bringing many different personalities into a fraternal organization without trying to change them. This year, Sigma won the blood drive, led the way for Bucks SIGMA DELTA PI for Books with a $110.00 donation. Sigma participated in all of the intramural activities and the Songfest. Sigma's officers for the past year have been, Reed Loveland, President; Dennis Christensen, Vice-President; Doug Wheelwright and Lamar Hirschi, Secretaries; and Bob Lindquist, Treasurer. This is Sigma Delta Pi, a structure not made with stone, but a temple of brotherhood bound together by the fibers of fraternal relationships.
