Show Natural Sciences Zoology Biology Composite Teaching Major(See Composite and Interdepartmental Programs.) Program: Zoology Minor I. General Requirements: A. A grade of C or better in the approved Zoology courses. II. Specific Requirements: A. Minimum of 25 credit hours of approved Zoology courses. B. Zoology courses required: 160 (5) or 211 (5) and 212 (5) or 405 (5). C. Select fifteen hours from the departmental course offering. Students planning to pursue pre-professional programs should complete a major and minor from the list of majors and minors offered by the School of Natural Sciences; however, pre-professional study easily fits the Zoology major and Chemistry minor. B. The professional school of the student's choice determines the G.P.A. required (usually above 3.00; schools of Pharmacy, 2.00). C. Pre-pharmacy students should contact the school of Pharmacy they propose to attend for exact conformity to that school's entrance requirements. II. Specific Requirements: A. Pre-medicine 1.
