Show CLAUDE LINDSAY Guard 1917-18; 1918-19. Though "Shanty" is only a Sophomore he has been two years on the team. This record speaks for itself, and any- one watching Claude on the floor knows one reason why we are the state cham- pions. His lightning guarding has taken the smile off many an opponent forward's face. EUGENE WIGGINS Guard 1918-19. "Fat" needs no microscope to tell he is on the floor, as many of his victims can testify. A forward runs for his bas- ket with a clear field, as he thinks, be- fore him. Suddenly he bumps against a solid wall of granite, and "Fat" laughs as he throws the ball where it belongs. In the meantime the milky way receives some new recruits of all colors, shapes and sizes. JOHN CRITCHLOW Forward 1918-19. "Jit's" basket shooting saved the first game with Ogden High. He's quiet, but his guard finds it impossible to keep around him, and as a foul pitcher he has made a record. ELLIS BARKER Forward 1917-18; Center 1918-19. Always willing to help in any under- taking, Barker is one of the squad fav- orites. A regular "whiz" when he starts after the ball. Besides his team work he is a musician of no small ability and a dramatic genius. |
