Show Todd Spencer and Tyson Heslington, members of the band Power Storm, second place winner in the Standard Examiner's Battle of the Bands in December, were among the band members who toured the John Lennon Educational Tour Bus on January 20th at Roy High School. The John Lennon bus, a technically advanced mobile recording studio, has provided free hands-on programs to hundreds of high schools, colleges, musical festivals, concerts and conventions. Twenty years ago, according to the Standard Examiner, Sandra Spencer was installed as president of Weber Homemakers. No longer in that organization, she still is a homemaker, and continues to contribute in many ways to our community. |
