There is no charge for this event. Featuring: a Japanese Musical, the Steve Ito Band, and the Dimmick Children. Date: August 23, 2004 Time: 7:00 p.m. Place: Marriott Park Bring: lawn chairs, blankets, and snacks._ COMMUNITY AWARDS Thanks to all those who submitted nominations for the various community awards. The nominations are being considered and winners will be recognized with a certificate at the September council meeting._ LOCAL UPDATES Questar Gas. Questar has converted to a new billing system format and several residents have complained that their new bill shows they live in an area other than Marriott-Slaterville. If this is the case on your bill, please call the city office at 627-1919 and staff will work with Questar to resolve this problem. Emergency Preparedness. The city has published its emergency preparedness manual. This manual will soon be distributed to residents in the community. Planning Commission - August 11, 2004 - 7:00 p.m. 1. Call to Order/Approve minutes. 2. Discussion/action on minor lot subdivision by Will Holley at 2174 West 700 South. 3. Discussion/action on Spencer Farms 33 lot subdivision at 200 North and 1900 West. 4. Discussion/action on application by Steve Ward for zoning amendment from A-1 to C-2P and site plan approval at 250 North 1950 West for manufactured home sales lot and office. 5.
