Show GOVERNOR APPOINTS TRUSTEES Governor Calvin L. Rampton, as the executive head of the State of Utah, is the chief administrator of the state's colleges. He appointed Weber State College's Board of Trustees. The Trustees make the final decisions on any administrative or institutional changes at WSC. Because of their foresight and leadership abilities, the Board of Trustees approved the changes which were necessary for the expanded student body and campus. Members of the Board were Clyde L. Miller, William G. Fowler, Ira A. Huggins, Mrs. Lucile Peterson, O. C. Hammond, J. Francis Fowles, and Frank Francis Jr. Standing are Dr. James R. Foulger, Dr. Helmut P. Hofmann, Wayne S. Winters, Joseph F. Breeze, Roderick H. Browning, President William P. Miller, Ferrel E. Carter, Alan B. Blood, and Dr. Robert A. Clarke. Utah Governor Calvin L. Rampton ADMINISTRATIVE COUNCIL The Administrative Council met regularly throughout the school year to discuss policies, methods, and procedures for conducting the business of Weber State College. The Council includes the President of WSC, the Vice Presidents, the Deans of Schools, Dean of Students, the Director of Institutional Research, the Dean of Admissions, the Dean of Continuing Education, and the Director of Information.
