Dr. Quinn G. McKay joined the Weber State faculty in 1965 as a Professor of Business Management. He graduated from the Brigham Young University as an accounting major. His Doctorate of Business Management degree was earned in 1960 at Harvard University. From 1956-1958 Dr. McKay was research advisor for the Ford Foundation at the University of Rangoon, Rangoon, Burma. As Dean of the School of Business and Economics, he administered four departments with over twenty faculty members. BUSINESS AND ECONOMICS DEAN 26 Part One DEAN SCHOOL OF EDUCATION Dr. Caseel D. Burke received his degree as Doctor of Education in 1953 from the University of California. Before Dr. Burke came to Weber State College, he held faculty positions at Utah State University, University of California at Berkeley, and the University of Teran, Teran, Iran. He is a Professor of Education at WSC and serves as the Dean of the School of Education. In combination with the former Physical Education Division, Dr. Burke supervised the training of professional educators.
