Show ADMINISTRATIVE VICE PRESIDENT Dr. Robert A. Clarke served as the new Administrative Vice President of WSC. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in 1932 and his Masters of Sciences degree in 1933 from Brigham Young University. He was granted his Ph. D. degree in 1937 from the California Institute of Technology. Formerly the Dean of Faculty, Dr. Clarke now is re-sponsible for the administration of Weber State. BUSINESS VICE PRESIDENT Dr. James R. Foulger has served Weber State College for twenty-two years. He is an Associate Professor of Business holding a Bachelor of Science degree granted by the University of Utah. He received his Master of Education degree from Harvard University in 1946. He received his Doctorate degree the following year from the same institution. As Business Vice President he administered all financial and business transactions of the college. |
