Dad's Day honored the father of football players Lee and Luther White. AMS CREATES CARD STUNTS Steve Young, Rex Belnap, and Bruce Thompson led the Associated Men Students of Weber State College during the past year in a variety of activities. During the year the AMS sponsored the newly created card stunts at the home football games, Dad's Day in November, a Thanksgiving dance, and the Songfest and Talent Show in cooperation with the AWS. The activities of the AMS fostered an involvement of the men students at Weber State College by involving them in these sponsored events. Steve Young, Associated Men Students President. AWS OFFICERS LEAD WSC WOMEN The officers of the Associated Women Students of Weber State College, Helen Draney, Barbara Skeen, and Pat Belnap, were elected by the women on campus. The objective of AWS during the past year was to involve all women on campus in some kind of extracurricular activity. In the accomplishment of this goal the AWS sponsored the Harvest Ball, Songfest and Talent Show in cooperation with AMS, the Preference Ball, the Friendship Banquet, and the Friendliest Girl on Campus Contest. Decoration for the AWS Harvest Ball created a good deal of amusement.
