Staff members and editors met regularly throughout the year to create an entirely new yearbook which would represent the students of WSC. Jeffery Riley and Terry Bullock help staff editors to complete assignments for the yearbook. They are on the Literary and Photography staffs. William Sanders is new Acorn Advisor. 1968 ACORN STAFF The yearbook staff members and the new staff advisors worked to complete the 1968 Acorn. These were the people who were responsible for the success of the book. They worked closely with their editors and created a feeling of spirit which was new in the publications area. Dale Bryner serves as the Art Advisor. Curtis Smout is Acorn's Business advisor. An empty, waiting office was a rare sight to the 1 968 Acorn staff. SIGNPOST HAS GIRL EDITOR Carol Deegan, a Journalism major, graduated this spring having achieved her degree in three years. She was also the operator of the Associated Press Wire Service for the Ogden Area. She started her news career with the AP in San Francisco. HEINER HANDLES BUSINESS ADS Dennis served as the Signpost Business Manager during the past year. He is working toward a degree in Psychology with minors in English, German, Chemistry, and Math. His plans include further education.
