Show PROMINENT SPEAKERS HOLD WSC ATTENTION The Films and Lectures Committee again sponsored the popular Philosophy and Religious Weeks. Several distinguished men spoke during these weeks. Jennings Olson speaks on existentialism and Christianity. Judd M. Harmon speaking on Values: Absolute or Relative. Hugh Gillian discusses the question of our degenerating culture. Speaking at Philosophy Emphasis Week at WSC was Truman Madsen. POLITICS TAKE OVER AS HOPEFULS CAMPAIGN The students of Weber State selected new student body leaders on the 5th of April. After two weeks of intensive campaigning, the voters went to the polls. Imaginative campaign posters were plastered over the Weber campus. Candidates set a fast pace in their political campaigning. Candidates conceived many new ideas for getting votes this year. |
