The Interclan Federation Council shall consis t of the Interclan Federation Officers, their facult y advisor and the presidents from each officially organi zed clan of Ben Lomond High School, Clans may be officially organized by submit ting a constitution for approval to the Executive Council and the Student Council. All Constitutions must be renewed III. year, each Section Class Councils Ae The Sophomore, IV. consist B, and Senior Class Councils and/or shall alternate from each advisory class where more than one member of the class is enrolled, The representative and alternate shall be electe d by members of their respective class, ARTICLE Section Junior of an elected representative VI ~ REMOVAL FRO OFFICE A major officer of this Association may be removed from office because of failure to discharge the duties of his I, office; a petition signed by thirty percent (30%) of the officer's constituency asking for his removal and stating the reason therof shall be necessary in order to authorize the calling of a special removal election, Upon presentation of the petition, the Executive Council shall review and ascertain whether a special removal electio n, to be held within two weeks after presentation of the petitio n, should be called. The officer whose removal is requested shall be permitted to defend his conduct before the uxecutive Council and/or a Section II, Section ITI. school assembly, Removal Elections shall be under the jurisdiction of the Election Committ ee, Upon presentation of evidence of miscond uct such as sluffing, drnkeness, thievry, or other conduct which is unbecoming to the dignity of his office, a major officer will be suspended from office and brought before the Executive Council for a hearing.
