HALF-TIME SHOW A really great halftime show is planned for the Iron Horse game tonight. Last year Ogden High did a good job with their marching display, and tonight Ben Lomond plans to outdo them. Mrs. Parker (Pep Club), Mrs. Mower (Bonnie Lassies), and Mr. Archibald (Band) have spent much preparation in getting this show organized. The game will be great and a good half-time show will make it even better. Following the tour the reporters were treated to a luncheon. After the luncheon five reporters were chosen to be interviewed on KSL radio. The Ben Lomond reporter was among those interviewed. New Road Completed The new Harrison extension was finally completed last Monday. This new road is a great benefit to people traveling to work. However, many students feel a problem has been created by the extension. Pupils walking to school find it hard to cross the road because of all the traffic. Many of them feel a hazard has been created and a semaphore should be installed. Parking Lot Policed Again This Year Ben Lomond is again carrying out the idea of student monitors to police the parking lot. Their job is to report anyone smoking or sluffing on campus. Persons caught in either of these acts will be suspended from school. They will be able to return only when their parents have talked with Dr. Drechsel. In this way the student body hopes to end these problems.
