That doesn’t suffice when you want to sit and listen to that wisdom in her presence. Sometimes we are in need to hear things from our parents, for their wisdom is limitless. Her perspective on life is of great value to me. As | spent time with my mother, | was reassured that God is with her. | was reassured in her embrace and love, that she is proud of whom | am in Christ. This strengthens me as | realize again, that | am held in the arms of a loving mother, as well as my loving God. This is how | am able to continue giving of myself to my wife and children and to those of you at New Zion. | am renewed every morning in God’s tender mercies. And | realize how fortunate | am to have a mother who shows the care and concern of my heavenly Father. Her gift of love to me is priceless. My time with her renews my strength and it helps me to be the man of God that has been planted here to lead you and guide you New Zion.
