Show Monday, October 6 I did laundry. Tuesday, October 7 Dr and I Myrene Brewer & Rosina Nicolas drove to Salt Lake to hear Songs of Normandy this afternoon. Took lunch at Z.C.M.I. Dr also arranged for his brother Morgan to have an eye operation. Royal & Cleone R. Eccles went down to the opera this evening Sorry to miss the opening of lesson work in Relief Society this afternoon. Wednesday, October 8 Dr Ezra had lunch with us & spent awhile here. He & Gladys are moving permentaly to Los Angeles. He dosent expect to come back here. He is quite feeble & feels the trips are more than he should take. We feel sad to see him go not expecting to return. He will be 84 next Aug. Thursday, October 9 Mrs Oda did cleaning this A.M. For lunch we had Dr Will & wife also Dr Frank Baker. Dr Will expects to take his father to Albuquerque N.M. to live with him. Dr Frank W. is very feeble had not been over here for nearly 1 and one half yr. We dont expect to sell him in life again. He will soon be 84 yrs old A friend for over 50 years. A letter from Cloteel Rich saying she would be here about Sunday |
