Show Monday 1 January. the weather is much warmer it rained during the night and took off the little snow we had in the vally. there is some snow on the mountains. F.M. Abbott took oath of Mayor. We spent a very pleasant day. Had a nice turkey dinner with Junior & family after which we called on the following friends. Mrs. AL Brewer, Mrs. John Ellis (whom we found ill) Dr Clark C. rich & family, Annie his mother was there but will leave for Calif Wed. Dr & Margret Pugmire, Adam & Dorothy Patterson, Wallace & Jean Ellis, Mrs. Frank Ellis, Dr. Russell Petty & family, Pres. Aldos Dickson & family Dr & Mrs. Frank Baker. We hope for a year of less strife in the world & happiness. |
