During that time she documented her personal life and the medical practice of Edward, the community of Ogden and national events such as the outbreaks of WWI and WWII. The diaries also include newspaper and magazine clippings, memorabilia and pins. |

Show April 15 Monday. Did not attend Daughters of Pioneers Board meeting am trying to go out less since my blood pressure is not very normal. I always find plenty to do at home. Had climbing roses rose of Sharen Wisteria, Honey succle and some other plants planted today. The tulips look very pretty already. The war in Europe is terriable since the Germons have gone into Denmark & Sweden. One wonders who will be next. We are indeed thankful all our LDS Missionaries are in America. However there are ten thousand are more converts in the waring nations. Attended the University of Utah Symphony orchestra. Tuesday 16 April. Had my hair dressed etc took three hr or more to have shampoo & curl. Had aletter & some pictures from Charels Smart he in a fine boy picture taking & developing is his hobby. |
