Show June 12 Wednesday. Gave a tea for Elaine Poulsen. Forty friends & realatives called. She is a very beautiful girl in looks and capability. She will be married to my nephew John Cozzens Hancock on June 17. Lucile and Heber came about noon from Scarsdale NY to attend the wedding. Paul their youngest son came also. She came by auto in four & half days. So happy to see them as Lucile hasent been West for 7 years. She is my only full sister living had one other who died as a baby Dr Hancock looks fine also Lucile. Thursday 13 June. We have spent most of the day visiting. Lucile & Heber have called on some of his people this evening. |
