Show January 26 Friday. Our party this evening was a very enjoyable one. Twenty were present. Served dinner buffet style after being served at large dinning room table all were seated at small card tables four at each. Served baked pork loin chops with cream horse radish sauce wild rice and green string beans in butter as veg. hot rolls olives three kinds, pickles, jelly & jam three kinds candy, & drink previous to meal of grape pineapple plumb & canada dry mixed & iced. Those present were Mr & mrs Gilbert Thatcher John Tillotson Ella Farr Annie Brown elizabeth Tuller Lydia Burrows Mrs Will Wright David Evans Will Holmes Mr & Mrs. David Wilson Pres James & Mrs. Riley Bishop Shaw. Saturday 27 January. Served dinner much the same as last night to fuorteen friends. Mrs. Gus Becker Dr & Mrs. Arthur Perking Mr & Mrs. Marrioner Browning Wade Johnsen Mrs. Frank Ellis Wallace Ellis Dr Junior & Blanch Rich Mrs. Joan Emmitt Mrs Dean Browning & Mrs. Bessie Van Drumlin did the serving etc for all my parties. Dr showed on the screen his pictures taken in Central American both evenings. |
