During that time she documented her personal life and the medical practice of Edward, the community of Ogden and national events such as the outbreaks of WWI and WWII. The diaries also include newspaper and magazine clippings, memorabilia and pins. |

Show Here and There in Business Standard Nov 28th 57 U.P. Reports $636,674 Drop To day and for 26 ¼ In Net Income for October Dow-Jones Service NEW YORK - Union Pacific Railroad Co. Wednesday reported October net income from all sources amounted to $8,743,111, a reduction of $636,674 from the 1956 month. But in the 10 months this year U.P.’s net of $64,168,759 was practically the same as the net of the same period last year. From oil and gas operations, the income before taxes amounted to $24,441,256 in 10 months this year, up $2,940,626, while income from investments and other sources increased $1,080,130 to $10,679,570. Year, but the so-called commercial area has been enlarged for 1958 to include 932 countries in 26 states compared with 894 counties in 24 states in 1947. |
