40 new board are from the Ogden area, and because of its administrative powers by law, it is felt that the purposes formerly served by the Advisory Committee are now being served adequately by the Board of Trustees. This indicates that the important function served by the Advisory Committee under our former organization in not necessary under our new organization. We, therefore, are dissolving the Advisory Committee. We appreciate very much your willingness to serve as a member of this committee during the past several years and your active participation during these years through attendance at meetings and your willingness to accept special assignments under the direction of the Committee for the welfare of Weber College. The solutions of the important development problems of the college during the past few years have been materially assisted by your personal support and counsel. The members of the Weber College faculty and staff join in expressing to you sincere appreciation for your assistance as a member of this important committee.
