Scheo! ae \ band 15, a Spirit WSE for the first time has a marching band. Fhe Weber State Wildeat Marching Band is part of our new organization as a four-| year college. Our marching of 60 members Sandy Johnson, Ronnie Bennett. does a fine joh entertaining at works out and designs. band is composed with a majorette, and a drum major, Our band not only of marching and half-time but also performs special Jim Christensen and Ronnie Bennett, the band’s publicity officers, mentioned that they have heard several favorable comments about the marching band. This week the Weber State Wildcat Marehing Band organized into a band council. Fhe purpose of this council is to serve as a governing board by stimulating students and town people with the band. The band couneil elected the following officers: President, Louis May; vice president, Warren Trulson; historian, Eileen Lynne; and property manager, Dorsey Wheeler. The faculty adviser is Earl Brickson. Students, we would like to encaurage you to support our marching band and aceept it as a part and a spirit of our college, |
