Show ee SSION Sh = aa tn e Mee New Zion Mission Ministry he The women of the Mission Ministry meet faithfully each Tuesday and are off to a blessed start for 2008. Our study lessons are from the National Baptist Convention, USA, Inc. Mission Quarterly, which is very beneficial in our spiritual growth focusing on strengthening our personal devotional times and discovering the pathway to a deeper relationship with God through the Holy Spirit. The Mission Ministry has offered assistance to bereaved families, provided clothing and food to needy community residents and church members via our clothes closet/food pantry and work with our Youth Department. We are supporters of the Intermountain General Baptist Convention (IGBC) Women’s Auxiliary participating in their annual events i.e.; Bowl-Fest Fellowship & Fundraiser, Spring Fashion Show & Dinner along with their initiative to sponsor a women’s luncheon during the Walter Cade, Jr. Laymen’s Conference upcoming in April. The Mission also represents New Zion within the Ogden Unit of Church Women United. We encourage women of ALL ages to partner with us to reach the goals we have established and to teach the lost, mentor our young girls and women and strengthen each other with prayer and encouragement as we strive to be “women that God can trust to do His will.” Please, come join us... we need each other! bb:A RALAL mess 1, Issue 2 Ak Volume ( and NO Ee MM ge ee ‘ ‘ \“ ‘ remember... food or drinks are allowed in the Sanctuar y!
