Show January 18 Thursday. Katherine Wright wife of Joseph E died of heart attack today. She was out doing RS Ward teaching when stricken and died a few minutes after reaching the hospital. She was a very near & dear friend. She & family were our nearest & first neighbor when we came to Ogden to make our home. We have been members of the Acacia Club for 25 yr togather also served as Relief Society Stake Pres at the same time. She of Weber & I of Mt Ogden. She was ever doing good & loved by those who knew her & admired by those who knew of her splendid work. Sister Julia Parry entertained the new & past Pres of RS four Stakes at Mrs. F Williams home all were there except her & while waiting for her we learned of her death a short time before we had hoped to see her. |
