DEFENSES COLLAPSE, REICH PILOTS REPORT Widespread Property Damage Admitted By British; Nine Hospitals Reported Hit During Attack; Aerial Warfare Ends 44 Hours of Quiet. Tuesday 10 December. Spent the day in Salt Lake wnet down with Cleone. Spent some time at Genealogical rooms with Mrs. Baird who has my temple work in hand & is doing research. Went to the Temple to see Bro. Card about my great grandfather Oren Phelps Merrill of whom I know very little and am trying to find out if his work is done. Had lunch at ZCMI with Cleone, Maren & Cleone Jr. Called to see Mae Cozzens. Arrived home about 7 PM. |
