STOCKHOLM, April 9 AP The Norwegian capital of Oslo surrendered at four p.m. today 8 a. m. M. S. T. after invading German forces had moved upon it by land, sea and air. Two thousand German soldiers were landed from warships in Oslo Fjord at dawn as Nazi bombers roared overhead. LONDON, April 9 AP A British source said tonight that it understands a naval action is in progress somewhere near the coast of Norway between British and German forces. The British press association said there was reason to believe that good news may be forthcoming within the next 12 hours.
