Show Friday, Jan. 1, We are almost snow bound Nan was forced to leave her car down 29th St last night she could not get white hill A snowy New Year. We began early viewing the Pasadena Tournament of Roses. & then went into the football at the Cottonbowl At 330 Nan took me to Cleone Eccles for open house. Back home at 5 & had our dinner supper late. Pete Johnston cam & we had a good old time visit. He is Dr. Pete now. a resident in Chicago hospital. Nan out a short time in eve. Saturday, Jan. 2, We are in the depth of Winter. Lots of snow on the ground & thermometer hovering around 0 at night. In pm Hi School for the ballet Nutcracker Suite & got supplies for tomorrow. Annabelle again in hospital Maintained communication with outside via phone. A cozy eve. |
