Show At 2 pm, I busy with TV ball game & hospital programs. Laurie visited pm. I to Holand Church with Joe & Rosabelle 8 pm Nan home early. Monday, Sept 26, Nan & I to Relief Society at 41st ward 1 pm. Luncheon for about 6 followed by good program given by Wilma Bunker. reading & playing Chopin. Nan & I down town on errands after. Saw travel bureau at Hotel re plane East. Phoned Peggy eve. Tuesday, Sept 27, Blanche Johnston came at 10 am to take Nan & me a ride to Logan thru the beautiful autumn tree coloring of the lunch at the canyons. A nice ride but I could not see the coloring. At home 3 pm Nan finished her laundry & Dickens in eve. Wednesday, Sept. 28, Nan brings in lovely roses from out newly planted bushes. We fixed up some bills & checks. An early lunch for me. Nan pm out. I had good programs on radio & I to store for supplies & new magazines Miss McCracken excused in eve. Nan home early We read current political news in eve. Thursday, Sept. 29, Routine am I & D of UP meeting 130. Alices two little girls stayed with us an while. Rosabelle & I went to the meeting. Ralph & Dorothy brot Margaret to stay overnight. A nice visit. Friday, Sept. 30, A nice company breakfast & good visiting with Margaret until she went to Bettys after. Delsa & Fred Nielson & little Rickey visited. Nan & I called Margaret & took her to Salt Lake I visited at Margarets while Nan visited her folks. Come home at 9. Calling at a drive in for supper on the way. Tired & early to bed. Called to arrange for luncheon for Peggy & family Talked to my Laurie made arrangements for Weber Club. Nan & I rode out pm. To market to Mr. Hamens. Nan out eve. Miss McCracken came to read for me. Sunday to Sunday School 10 am. Good dinner at home. Nan out. |
