Show Monday, Jan. 18, Very cold weather Still sick in bed. Went over my Rosabelle some. Went down stairs for supper before T.V. seems to be developing a cold. She went out for groceries. Tuesday, Jan. 19, Dr. Olson came to look me over I am doing all right no complaints He gave me medicine which was good soothing & continued to rest & got along OK. Nan also is bothered with cough, etc. Wednesday, Jan. 20, Quiet all day not feeling much better. Received two reading books & began listening to the one about Robert E. Lee. Very cold weather 20 degree day around 0 at night. Thursday, Jan. 21, Not much rejuvenated cough better, throat & more bothersome and very tired. Another day of recuperation. Getting impatient, Nans cold about the same, but she continues with her work & waiting on me. Braille and my book Friday, Jan. 22, Finished the General lee book The Grey Fox & returned it when Nan went out for groceries Sat. Much talk about arrangements for our dear Annabelle. Saturday, Jan. 23, Quite dizzy this am. feeling rather out of balance. Better in later pm. Margaret & Edith started with Ralphi on a trip to Arizona & N. Mex. Sunday, Jan. 24, Not much better today. Bothered with unsteadiness & dizzy head. A nice dinner at home Laurie & Janet came to visit. |
