Since 1953, students at Ben Lomond High School have been creating scrapbooks. These books document the memories of the students each year. The scrapbooks hold a snapshot and time capsule of each student body. Each one contains photographs, newspaper articles and a written yearly history. |

Admission is by studentbody. card. HALFTIME PLANS Half time activities include exhibitions by the ROTC Drill Team, Ceremonial Squad, and Judo Team. A special feature will be entertainment by “The Exchequers,”’ a local band. Tradition is altered this year with the separation of Ogden and Ben Lomond’s Cadet Hop. Because of the increase in enrollment in the two schools, the change was made from a joint effort to individual school effort. Last Wednesday, the OHS Rifle Team competed with Ben Lomond’s Rifle Team, finishing the second phase of city competition. OGDEN AHEAD Ogden fired a total score of 1,198, while Ben Lomond finished with 1,068, This puts Ogden 249 points ahead for the city championship. High firer for the match was Bob Whipple with a score 0 253 he Congratulations go to the de- bate team for their success at the region debate meet at Bonneville High School. Ogden qual- ified the highest number of teams possible for one school. The four teams qualifying for state competition were John Caine and Ron Tam; Jerry Freeman and Doug Bingham; Roger Clarke and Jeff Vernal; and Reed Richards and Tom Kariya.
