Show Columbus February 7 Thursday A warmer night. Mary did not rest so well. Talked in her sleep and I was up several times so feel a little tired today. Gave Mary bath and rub. She has eaten well today. Oertel seems to be busy every minute do wish she would take things a little easier I have not done much today wrote to Thair, did some reading helped with dinner made apple pie and did up the dinner work played games with Mary a while. Oertel took Janath into Pavreree Hall for a swing. Put Mary to bed early and retire early and read awhile. Recd letter from Dr. and Avon all fine at home.Columbus February 8 Friday. Today I made a black silk dress for Carol trimmed with Alice blue baby ribbon very cute. Oertel took Mary into Dr Means to have her head dressed. She stood the procedure fine and has stayed up most of the day but is real tired tonight. We recd letters from Dr. and Junior today. I wrote letters home. |
