Sunday. May 19. To day has been beautiful Dr and the boys went out to play Gold at 7 A.M. They prepared their breakfast here before going. Junior, June, Joe, Rupert Knowles. All the children have been here at some time today except Royal and Blanch. I had a lovly ride up Beaver and south Fork with Joe and Myrene. Mrs Breves also went. Dr Baker and Dr were visint. We enjoyed B.H. Roberts lecture on the Spirit of the Catholic Papacy. Dr and Junior operated on an ulcer this A.M. Monday. May 20. It is two years to day since Col. Charles A Lindbergh made his successful flight from N.Y. to Paris. An achievement that thrilled the world.that lifted mans vision upward and led to new and greater steps forward in the conquest of distance and time. Have had kitchen painte finished. This A.M. at 11-13 oclock called on Supertendent Hopkins with Mrs Larkin and Mrs Frank Scoville to see about putting over Madison School Opereta for Daughters of Pioneers. This afternoon I attended D of Pioneers officers meeting and reported on dances given in Apr. and May all on Building. Discussed Ways and Means for finishing same. This evening I went to R.S. Board meeting. Lesson The Doll house given by Margret Anderson.
