Show Thursday 1 with Rosina Nichols to home of Progress for meeting of Drama Club. Home at noon. Ralph, Dorothy, Howard & Margaret & I took them to the house. 1811. All pleased Margaret & I had lunch at Bon Marche. Jimmie came at 3 & we fixed up contract for buying 1811. Later pm met Charles & Alice at house over They much pleased. Jimmie came & I gave 5000 dollars. check 1st payment Margaret stayed Down town to look at refrigeration at Ogden Electric. Up to Schow house and looked around. Still all enthused. Phoning various arrangements. Got landscape gardener for consultation tomorrow Nan at a shower eve. We played checkers before. Tuesday, March 22, A Mr. Jack Hanson, landscape architect took Nan & me up to 1811 & looked over the place He will submit a plan Monday. To Ogden Electric & looked at refrigerators. Much planning re new home. Special meeting of Dr. & others interested in new hospital. I attended Sunday. Nan & I rode out to the Jack Schow house to look around. Got chicken at Manson House. A good dinner at home. Nan out pm I to church with Joe & Rosabelle. at 5. Busy thoughts of house change Nan home early & much talk. Monday 21 Rosabelle & Joe, Edith & Melba started for California am. Wed March 23, a.m. up to 1811. Nan out in pm. Jimmie & I to house at 3 pm. to talk over final arrangements Nan met Og. Electric man at house & made decision as to refrigerator Nan home early Mr. Schow came at 1420 & made measurements as to as to 1811 changes Friday 25. To Dr. Nielson 10 am He not very encouraging. To Acacia at Blanche Johnstons new home. right below our 1811. Ours much Margaret went home. Nan & I met Laurie & Janet at 1811. They surprised & pleased. Saturday 26 Ride out to Wash Terrace & talked with landscape man. Saturday 26 Mrs. Mickleson came |
